SWISS CNC LEADMAN Located in the Berthoud, CO area, this busy production manufacturing company is in need of an experienced Swiss CNC Leadman.
To be considered you should have had 3 years supervisory experience with at least 3 years CNC and Swiss turning experience utilizing FANUC and TSUGAMI controls.
Must be able to lift upwards of 35 lbs without the use of lifting devises.
Individual will be responsible for providing technical support for CNC Multi Axis Swiss Turning Centers and CNC Turning Centers.
Duties included supervision, training, programming, troubleshooting, processing, setting-up, tool changing and when necessary, hands-on operating.
Candidate is to be knowledgeable and proficient in the use of inspection tools such as height gauges, optical comparators, thread gauges, micrometers, calipers, holding fixtures.
Individual must be capable of reading and understanding technical drawings and provide written and verbal instructions to perform technical work.
Proficiency and knowledge of G code software, specifically use and operation of Partmaker software is a plus and will be required during employment.
Candidate will be required to assist in production planning and flow to maximize machine running time without rework and scrap, and work to ensure delivery schedules are maintained.
Specific Swiss Models currently in use include the Tsugami family of Swiss Turing Centers including the BE-12V, S205 and the SS-20 among other Mori Seiki and Mazak CNC Horizontal Lathes.
Individual will report directly to the President and work along with Senior Quality Control Manager.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
