We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to join our team.

1.
Oversee everything that goes on in the field2.
Oversee all earthwork activities3.
Oversee all utility installation activities4.
Make sure schedules are being met and if they are NOT then help get back on schedule5.
Make sure goals are met in the field for monthly billings.
6.
Keep ongoing relationships with suppliers7.
Keep ongoing relationships with sub-contractors8.
Build and keep ongoing relationships with our customers/clients.
9.
Keep building and updating the employee base.
10.
Work with the owners on employee wages and benefits to ensure everyone is compensated fairly but NOT overcompensated.
11.
Help with communication between project manager and field to ensure all changes and change requests are being tracked and paid.
12.
Give estimating input on when new work is needed and what projects would fill the needs of thecompany.
13.
Work with accounts payable on invoices that don't have backup.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:
1.
10
years experience in heavy civil construction including underground, mass ex, and site work2.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management within the heavy civil construction industry.
3.
Proven experience in risk management, budget management, and strategic planning.
4.
Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
5.
Proficiency in logistics management and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
6.
Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to secure the best terms and prices from suppliers and subcontractors.
7.
Proven experience in performance management, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance.
8.
A solid understanding of all facets of the construction process, including technical, financial, contractual, and safety aspects.
9.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
10.
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field would be highly advantageous.
Knowledge of the following software a plus:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
